We have started AndhraRocks to unite youth for a youthful cause and this our caption suggests “Youth unite for youthful cause”. We have done Btech in GMRIT, one of the top ranked colleges in Andhra Pradesh. we have started our venture online since the dot-com boom is growing day by day. We believe in simplicity and sincerity, this is perfectly reflected in our website. we weren’t exactly a VC-funded, party-throwing, Foosball-in-the-lobby-playing, free-beer-drinking outfit. (Unless it was other people’s free beer)

Both of us, work in Scube India IT Solutions pvt ltd – www.scubian.com doing many web projects for big companies, trying to make our own grand entrance onto the Internet landscape. What we were originally trying to do doesn’t matter so much now,but working on the web for so may years the thought of AndhraRocks struck our minds that has laid the basic stone for AndhraRocks, more or less on a whim, and thought — Hmmm… that’s kinda interesting.

That is how we have come up with an idea of starting a website in this amazing internet world. Many ideas that came up initially in our minds have been implemented by someone or the other in their websites, we wanted our venture to be innovative, with a major goal to help the need and deed through means possible and at our hand.  So we thought we should come up with some way through we which we can raise funds to help the poor. We thought we can achieve the same through a website. Instead of staring a big networking site like orkut immediately, we thought of sharing nice articles with users. So that you guys show interest in visiting the site…… . Golden rule of the dot com world is number of hits to the site.

Things were going well again in 2009. We had 30 users in one single day, though the number needs to grow hugely.we hope that a Day will come -when we will proudly say that “Google wanted to buy us. Yes, that Google” proudly…….

We liked Google a lot.,and they liked blogs. So we were amenable to the idea. And it worked out nicely.

Now we’re a small (but slightly bigger than before) team focusing to help people by giving them a chance to raise their voices on the web and organize the world’s information from their personal perspective. This has pretty much always been our whole deal. Hope you liked our intention and the venture we have created to full fill it. Thanks a ton for visiting the site.
